One of the most important things to us when we hit the great outdoors are… snacks. So we’ve picked out a strong variety of our favorite snacks that we love for a weekend adventure. The selection ranges from salty to sweet … and beyond. People are often ill prepared when something is hard, so the all the items are perfect for grab-and-go and will fit in your fanny pack super easy. P.s. We still love fanny packs.

Sweet Snacks - South Shore Trails

SWEET

Not everyone wants to eat apples and raisins, so here are some "sweet" options. A little bit of sweet can perk up your spirits.

HEALTHY

Not all "healthy" snacks are healthy ... but these are closer to that. Chia is great for filling you up and the bars are incredibly portable.
